Q: How long will I have to wear Invisalign?

A: The length of your treatment will be unique to you. Your doctor will examine your mouth, take molds of your teeth and send them to the Invisalign lab. Then, a few weeks later, you will receive more information, including a detailed treatment plan with both a time and cost estimate for treatment. Each person's case is unique. According to Invisalign's website, the average Invisalign treatment is shorter than one would need with traditional, metal braces and lasts on average one year (12 months).
